espace de convivialit\u00e9.<br><br>Le premier projet de la coop\u00e9rative concerne la p\u00e9rennisation des activit\u00e9s de l&rsquo;\u00c9picentre et le d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;autres fonctions dans le b\u00e2timent au travers de travaux de  r\u00e9novation et d&rsquo;agrandissement.<br><br>L&rsquo;achat du b\u00e2timent aux propri\u00e9taires actuels sera effectu\u00e9 par la Commune de Meix-devant-Virton.<br>Un Bail emphyt\u00e9otique sera conclu envers la commune et Coop\u00e9rative Chevratte etc.<br>Celle ci devient donc quasi-propri\u00e9taire des lieux et pourra g\u00e9rer le b\u00e2timent pour le si\u00e8cle \u00e0 venir.<br><br>Le b\u00e2timent r\u00e9nov\u00e9 abritera plusieurs activit\u00e9s avec diff\u00e9rents statuts.<br>Le magasin et les r\u00e9serves sera lou\u00e9 par l&rsquo;\u00e9picentre, l&rsquo;appartement au-dessus du magasin est occup\u00e9 par Mme Andr\u00e9 qui en a l&rsquo;usufruit, les bureaux seront lou\u00e9s par les asbl, l&rsquo;espace convivial quant \u00e0 lui sera g\u00e9r\u00e9 par l&rsquo;une ou l&rsquo;autre association.<br><br>La r\u00e9flexion autour de cet espace est encore ouverte et sera
